Legal Disclaimer

The boundaries of APIRFQ industry data, supplier information and inquiry SaaS services, and the checks users must make independently.

Platform Role and Transaction Boundaries

APIRFQ provides pharmaceutical and chemical information, supplier records and inquiry SaaS services. We are not the seller or buyer of ingredients, a distributor, exporter, customs agent or holder of goods. Platform service payments are not payments for goods. We do not collect supplier purchase payments, provide escrow, guarantee payment or arrange export-license lending, customs clearance or transportation.

No Medical, Legal or Pharmacopeial Advice

Information is for industry research and lawful business reference. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, dosing, personal-use procurement, legal advice or an official regulatory determination. It does not replace USP, EP, ChP or other official pharmacopeial standards, approved quality specifications, regulatory approvals or professional assessment.

Registry Records Are Not Certification

An FDA DMF number or activity status does not establish product approval, a quality certificate or authorization to sell in a particular jurisdiction. CDE registry entries and status labels must be interpreted in their specific regulatory context. A listed holder, applicant or company is not necessarily the actual production site. Cross-database associations are information references, not supplier certification or official endorsement.

Snapshots, Accuracy and Coverage

Data may be incomplete, outdated, inconsistent or incorrectly associated. Source publication dates, snapshot dates and platform review dates describe different events; none is a promise of real-time verification. Check the original record and obtain current documents before making procurement, quality, regulatory or investment decisions. A missing record does not establish that a company or substance has no regulatory history.

Supplier Information and Inquiries

We do not guarantee supplier qualifications, capacity, ingredient quality, lawful availability, inquiry responses, quotations or completed transactions. An inquiry submitted to the platform is not a purchase order, acceptance of a quote or certification of either party. Each business must independently verify identity, licenses, quality, permitted uses and any applicable import, export, sanctions or controlled-substance requirements before proceeding.

Lawful Use and Regulated Substances

Do not use the service to obtain ingredients for personal treatment or to solicit unlawful supplies of controlled drugs, precursors or other restricted materials. Research intent alone does not establish lawful authority. Public chemical information is not an invitation to buy, sell, synthesize or evade restrictions. The Terms of Service describe prohibited uses and reporting.

Liability and Mandatory Rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability limitations are governed by the Terms of Service. Nothing on this page excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, removes mandatory rights, or waives platform duties imposed by law. Describing the service as data or SaaS does not determine its regulatory classification or guarantee compliance.
