Privacy Policy
How APIRFQ handles account, business contact, inquiry, payment and usage data, and how to raise privacy requests.
Last updated: October 7, 2026Scope
This policy concerns www.apirfq.com industry data and inquiry SaaS services. Names, individual work email addresses and business phone numbers can be personal data even when publicly available. A company listing or public contact source does not automatically authorize unlimited reuse, disclosure or marketing.
Information We Collect
Account and authentication data can include email addresses, profile information, password hashes and verification records. Inquiry forms collect an email address and requirements, with optional company and phone details. We also process support correspondence, subscription and transaction references, and technical data needed for access and abuse prevention. Payment providers process payment credentials under their own policies; do not send full card details in inquiries or support requests.
How We Use Information
Data is used to administer accounts, provide platform access, review inquiries, manage platform payments and refunds, respond to support and rights requests, and address security or legal requirements. Different processing activities require purpose-specific lawful bases under applicable law. Accepting the service terms or providing a business email is not blanket consent to analytics, marketing or unrestricted lead distribution.
Storage and Security
Access and authentication controls help protect service information, but no service can guarantee absolute security. Limit submissions to information needed for your request. Do not include patient records, sensitive personal information, credentials, confidential regulatory dossiers or materials you lack authority to share. Contact support@apirfq.com about suspected unauthorized disclosure.
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction, object to processing, or withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. Email support@apirfq.com with enough information to identify the account or record; identity verification may be needed. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing, and deletion is subject to applicable retention duties. You may complain to the competent data-protection authority. This contact route is not a promise of instant or automatic deletion.
Business Users and Children
The service is intended for authorized business and research representatives, not children or personal medication procurement. Contact support@apirfq.com if a child may have supplied data or a listing exposes unnecessary personal contact information.
Retention and Service Locations
Accounts, inquiries, payment records and technical data have different retention needs for service delivery, security, accounting and disputes. This page does not state a verified fixed retention schedule. Service providers or inquiry recipients can process information in different countries. International transfers may require an adequacy decision, contractual safeguards or another permitted mechanism under applicable law; no such mechanism is certified by this policy. Contact support@apirfq.com about retention, processing locations and safeguards applicable to your request.
Policy Updates
This page shows its modification date. Material changes may require additional notice or a separate consent process under applicable law. Continued use does not replace consent where required, and privacy rights remain subject to the law that applies.
