Terms of Service
Effective date: October 7, 2026
Terms for lawful business use of APIRFQ industry data, supplier information and inquiry SaaS services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These terms apply to use of www.apirfq.com industry data, supplier information and inquiry SaaS services. Use only if you accept the applicable terms and are authorized to act for the organization you represent. Accepting service terms is not blanket consent to personal-data processing or marketing.
2. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms and show the revised effective date. Material changes will receive additional notice where required. Your continued use after the changes take effect is subject to the updated terms.
3. Business Eligibility
You must have legal capacity and authority to represent a legitimate business or research organization. Do not use the service to source ingredients for personal treatment or consumption. A business email address, account or stated research purpose does not establish a license, verified business identity or lawful procurement authority.
4. Account Responsibility
Provide accurate organization and contact details, protect credentials and control authorized access. Do not impersonate a manufacturer or another organization. Report suspected unauthorized access to support@apirfq.com; an account does not constitute platform verification of your qualifications.
5. Use of Services
APIRFQ provides data, supplier information and inquiry SaaS services. It is not a seller, buyer, distributor or exporter of ingredients and does not act as a customs or transport agent. Charges are for platform services, not goods; we do not collect supplier purchase payments or provide escrow, payment guarantees or export-license lending. An inquiry is not a purchase order or acceptance of a quotation.
6. Permitted and Prohibited Use
Use the service only for lawful business research and inquiries within your authority. Do not solicit ingredients for personal medication or consumption; seek unlawful supplies of controlled drugs, psychotropic substances or precursors; evade sanctions, export controls or licensing requirements; impersonate a factory; submit fraudulent records; infringe intellectual property; or disclose personal data or trade secrets without authority. A research label or checkbox cannot replace legal authorization.
7. Inquiry Content and Attachments
You retain your rights in requirements and other material you submit and must have authority to disclose them. Submission permits APIRFQ to receive and process the material to handle your request. It does not grant unrestricted publication, sale or marketing rights. Any onward disclosure to suppliers must match the identified purpose, recipient scope and applicable privacy requirements; do not assume submission automatically delivers a request to a factory.
8. Data and Intellectual Property
Rights in platform software, branding and original presentation belong to their respective owners. Underlying public facts and third-party records remain subject to applicable rights and source terms. Paid access is not ownership of third-party data. Do not redistribute restricted materials, remove attribution, scrape in breach of applicable rights or bypass access controls. Platform linking or cleaning does not cure an unauthorized data source; rights granted by applicable law remain available.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
The Privacy Policy describes account, contact, inquiry, payment and usage data. Processing purposes and lawful bases must be assessed separately. Acceptance of these terms does not replace legally required consent, authorize unlimited supplier disclosure or enroll you in marketing.
10. Information and Transaction Boundaries
Information may be incomplete, outdated or incorrectly associated. We do not guarantee supplier qualifications, capacity, ingredient quality, regulatory compliance, quotations, responses or completed transactions. FDA DMF entries and CDE records are not platform certification or a substitute for current regulatory documents and quality audits. Information is not medical, legal or pharmacopeial advice. Each business must independently verify legal authority, quality and applicable trade restrictions.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from platform use or independent transactions between users. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits mandatory rights or waives platform duties imposed by law. The service description and the absence of goods payments do not by themselves determine regulatory classification or eliminate liability.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict access, remove disputed content or suspend inquiry handling for suspected unlawful activity, material breaches, impersonation, rights complaints or security risks, subject to applicable law. A report does not automatically establish wrongdoing. Cancellation and refunds follow the applicable order and Refund Policy; necessary records may be retained for applicable legal obligations and disputes.
13. Reporting, Review and Appeals
Send complaints to support@apirfq.com with the page URL or inquiry reference, disputed record, reasons, your authority and supporting evidence. We may request clarification and assess whether correction, content restriction or service suspension is appropriate under applicable law. Affected users may contact the same address with evidence to request reconsideration. We do not promise automatic removal or a fixed response time; mandatory procedures and legal deadlines remain applicable.
14. Governing Law
These terms use Chinese law as their stated governing law, subject to mandatory rights and rules that cannot be excluded. This clause does not determine whether a particular business activity requires a license or platform filing in any jurisdiction.
15. Contact Information
Contact support@apirfq.com for service questions, suspected unlawful use, data errors, impersonation or rights complaints. Include the relevant page URL or inquiry reference, disputed information, reasons and supporting evidence; do not send unnecessary sensitive or confidential material.
